What You Can Do In The Portal

Cancel your subscription โ€” Click "Cancel plan" and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds, no hassle.

Switch plans โ€” Upgrade from Squirt Squad to VIP, or switch between weekly and monthly billing at any time.

Update payment method โ€” Change your credit card or add a new payment method without interrupting your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

We want you to stay, but we make it easy to leave โ€” no guilt trips, no hidden retention flows.

Keep access until your period ends โ€” If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll still have full access to all tools until your billing period expires.

Discord access updates automatically โ€” If you connected Discord, your role will be updated when your subscription status changes.

Account Questions

How do I cancel my subscription? โ–ผ
Enter the email you used to subscribe in the form above and click "Open Billing Portal." From there, click "Cancel plan" in the Stripe portal. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Will I lose access immediately when I cancel? โ–ผ
No. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period (weekly or monthly). You can continue using all tools until that date.
Can I get a refund? โ–ผ
We don't offer partial refunds for the current billing period, but you won't be charged again after cancelling. If you believe there's been an error, email us at splashplaypod@gmail.com and we'll take a look.
How do I upgrade or downgrade? โ–ผ
Open the billing portal above and you'll see an option to switch plans. Changes are prorated โ€” if you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only pay the difference for the remaining time.
I forgot which email I used. What do I do? โ–ผ
Check your inbox for a receipt from Stripe or Splash Play. If you still can't find it, email splashplaypod@gmail.com and we'll help you locate your account.
What happens to my Discord role if I cancel? โ–ผ
Your Squirt Squad or VIP Discord role will be removed automatically when your subscription expires. If you re-subscribe later, you can reconnect via the Connect Discord page to get your role back.
