Polymarket US in Ohio: Is It Legal in Ohio?

Is Polymarket US legal in Ohio?
Polymarket US does not publish a list of states, and its help center does not name Ohio. The document that governs who may trade is its participant agreement, which says: “You are not domiciled, a resident of, or located in any jurisdiction in which access to, use of, or trading on the System is prohibited under Applicable Law or by PMUS policy.”
That is why the answer for Ohio comes at sign-up, not from a state list: you create an account, Polymarket US checks your identity and location, and only then can money move. In its own words: “You must complete KYC before you can deposit funds or trade.” Our guide Is Polymarket US legal in the United States covers the national picture.
