How do I change or cancel my plan?
Enter your subscription email above to open the billing portal. You can manage your plan, payment method and invoices there. The cancellation button above keeps the existing cancellation flow.
Why am I not seeing my Apex tools?
Log in with the email used for your subscription. Apex shares VIP’s Discord role, so Discord login alone gives you VIP access. Use Connect Discord for the community.
What if I forgot my subscription email?
Check your inbox for a Splash Play or Stripe receipt. Still stuck? Email support and we’ll help you find it.
