How to Delete a Polymarket US Account

Polymarket US's help center has no page on deleting or closing an account, so the way to ask is its support team: the in-app chat in your account settings, or support@polymarket.us. Withdraw your cash balance first, because withdrawals have to go back to the method you deposited with.

  • Promo credits are trading credits, not cash, and can't be withdrawn.

To withdraw: tap Portfolio, then Withdraw, then Send to, and choose the method you deposited with.
